Gaurav heads the overall operations and business development of MSA group. He has worked as a Business Head (West India) for the world’s no. 1 HR Services firm named Randstad Group. He joined MSA in the year 2000 and has founded the IT/software recruitment division, staffing solutions division and internal job portal of MSACS. He has strengthened relations with existing clients and has acquired new clients all over India, Gulf, Africa and Japan respectively. He is the founder of MSA HR Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. which is working extensively on developing and managing an All India Franchise network for MSACS. Also, working on developing the Corporate Training and HR Consulting vertical for MSA HR Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. Heads a team of over 15 Recruitment and Training Specialists across India. He has successfully designed, modeled and implemented the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business vertical due to which MSACS has bagged a few prestigious RPO contracts.
